Join the Friends of Cook Forest at the Log Cabin Inn Environmental Learning Classroom where we'll shuttle to hike on a loop of the Old Logging Road and the Rhododendron Trails. We'll discuss characteristics of old growth forests and three identification as we walk through this ancient forest. People-friendly, leashed pets are welcome!

Students will work with a small loom and learn stitch patterns, fringing, and more from start to finish. Instructor, Ann Harting, will lead the class. Call 814-927-6655 to reserve your spot-- space is limited! The class fee includes all materials. Students should bring a a stick or dowel rod.
