For more action-packed weekends in Clarion during the summer, the town’s Main Street and surrounding area welcomes visitors to enjoy pop-up shops featuring local businesses and an exciting lineup of events. These have included planetarium shows, scavenger hunts, yoga in the park, and outdoor concerts. Each summer month has its own unique theme, ensuring you’ll always find something new and exciting to do.

The Big Outdoors

Experience Clarion County’s playground.

Clarion might be a small town, but it does outdoor recreation BIG. Activities will include a farmer’s market, basketball tournament, pickleball clinic, shop pop-ups, a community wide yard sale, craft vendors, kids zone, sidewalk book sale, kayaking, guided yoga, artist-in-residence, live music, and two planetarium shows.

July’s events have involved a fireworks show, songwriters’ contest, kids’ scavenger hunt, outdoor yoga, walking history, bake-off, artist-in-residence, live music, and another “Stars Over Clarion” planetarium show. More details to come as the date approaches!
