Clarion Summer Fest: Rail 66 Country Trail Time Trial

Limited to just 75 cyclists!
Online registration closes at 12:00 PM on Friday, June 6 OR when participants registration maximum is reached.
Day-of registration will be available on Saturday, June 7, until 8:15 AM, if spots are still available.

The Clarion Summer Outdoor Festival Committee invites cyclists 16 years and older in good physical condition to compete in an 11.5-mile point-to-point time trial along scenic Rail 66.

The race begins at Farmington Township Community Park in Leeper, PA, and travels north along the Rail 66 bike trail, finishing just south of Marienville, next to Northwest Hardwoods. Cyclists will depart the starting line at 30-second intervals.

About the Course

Rail 66 is a 25-mile asphalt-paved trail that stretches from Route 322 (just west of Clarion) to Marienville. The time-trial course does not cross any major highways, but it does intersect 19 township roads, driveways, and lanes. To ensure rider safety, the race committee will provide traffic control at all crossings.

Post-Race Refreshments

Complimentary refreshments will be provided at the finish line by Janney Montgomery Scott, LLC (Clarion office).

* Commemorative race day pint glass is guaranteed to racers who register by Saturday, May 24, 2025

* Award groups will be determined based on the number of participants per age group who have pre-registered.

* This is a point-to-point race, so riders will need to make arrangements for someone to pick them up at the finish, or they will need to ride their bikes back to the Community Park in Leeper.
