Clarion Loop Trail
The Clarion Loop Trail is a 1.6-mile section of the North Country Trail that runs through “second growth forests” on land owned by Clarion University. It was developed by local chapter volunteers and Civic Engagement Scholars from the university. Surrounded by White pine and Eastern hemlock, hikers should be on the lookout for newts, salamanders, and the occasional porcupine.
